When considering a solar power plant for your existing building, the roof becomes a significant element of the installation.  In many cases, the integrator has limited knowledge of roofing and the full spectrum of roof issues prior to the offering of a solution.  Many solar mounting systems on the market sit on top of the roof system, causing unavoidable wear and damage.  These systems also use heavy ballast rock to keep them in place.  This causes the weight to be focused in points on the roof, instead of spread out as it should be.

Enracks solves these problems by being the first truly-penetrated solar mounting system.  Our rack secures to the structure of the building with legs that go through the roof system, not just on it.  This design allows the legs to be flashed per the roofing manufacturers design and, therefore, maintaining the roof's full warranty.  No voided warranties, no roof leaks and no impact on commercial insurance policies.  Our system is designed to be a better solution.
